(NASDAQ Global Select Market: "CWCO"), which develops and operates seawater desalination plants and water distribution systems in areas of the world where naturally occurring supplies of potable water are scarce or nonexistent, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.075 per share.
The cash dividend is payable January 31, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business January 2, 2017.
