Consolidated Water Co. Ltd. (NASDAQ: CWCO) today announced that it will host its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 22, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. local time at the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort, 389 West Bay Road, Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Shareholders of record as of March 26, 2012 will be eligible to vote at the meeting.
